jewlery care
Hooray....I now own a special piece of vintage costume jewelry. How do I take care of it?
To clean your piece, take a very soft baby's toothbrush, spray it directly with glass cleaner, tap the brush on a towel to insure a small amount of moisture, and gently brush your piece. Let it dry for at least two hours. While wearing your unique piece, please refrain from spraying any cologne and/or hairspray directly onto your jewelry. Any spray will dull the rhinestones and remove the finish from the vintage beads and faux pearls.
Always remember, you're wearing a piece of history. You are now the lucky recipient. It is the lucky owner's responsibility to take care of their priceless pieces for future generations. Most importantly, have fun when you're wearing it....your smile will outshine any accessory!
